I consider myself a Utah farm boy since I grew up on a farm learning that hard work pays off along with the basic values of honesty, integrity, accountability, and ownership. My wife of 53 years has heritage in

Washington County as her ancestors were some of it’s first settlers. We both grew up in Delta Utah, attended Weber State I then finished a MPA degree at Brigham Young University. I worked in mining

and construction in a variety of Leadership roles in Human Resources and Labor Relations for 40 years.

In 2013 we decided we had enough of cold weather and made St. George our new home. My wife and I have been blessed with 5 children, their spouses, and the icing on the cake of 16 grandchildren.

I have served as a Washington County delegate twice, a state delegate once, and I am currently serving as the STG35 Precinct Chair. In the last election my precinct created fliers and attempted to knock on every door to get people out to vote, encouraging younger voters to actively participate. Having majored in

political science as my undergrad degree I have always had a keen interest in politics. When I moved to St. George I put a business card together that described me as follows; Citizen for Conservative Constitutional Government, Pro God/USA, Pro Life/Family, Pro Freedom, Pro 2nd Amendment, Pro Personal Choice/Accountability. Hold me accountable for the things I say and do. I humbly ask for your vote as the Legislative District 74 Chair.

 I have lived in Washington County for thirty six years.  My husband and I raised four children here, and we enjoy their spouses and our fourteen beautiful grandchildren. While raising my children, I was involved in their school PTA's and was always a room mom or reading/math helper. I also served on our district PTA. I spent ten years as a member of the Utah State Juvenile Justice Board--having served as President for two of those years. Most recently, I was a teacher and a school counselor here in our school district for fourteen years.  I have been a Republican all of my life.  I love our country and our county!  I feel blessed to live in such a great area! I have been a county and state delegate many times and have been precinct chair a couple of times. I have also had the opportunity to work on many campaigns, including multiple state legislative campaigns and President George W Bush's campaign.  It would be a pleasure to serve as a Legislative Chair, to serve the area I live in and to support our Washington County Republican Party.

Born and raised in Utah’s Dixie, I grew up in Virgin. The summer before my Senior year, I attended Girls State and learned about the Caucus system in Utah. I attended my first real caucus shortly after I was married and began my education and now passion for grassroots representative government. I have served as a precinct officer and/or delegate for 25+ years. I have served in Washington County Republican Women Leadership for the last 14 years and have served in Party leadership for several years as well including the last two years as Chair. My first term was rather eventful with five special elections; a return to caucus after Covid and redistricting; hosting Dennis Prager, Will Witt, Candace Owens, Dr Ben Carson, Amala Ekpunobi, Jason Chaffetz, and Ambassador Robert Obrien; multiple parades; the 2022 partisan elections, to name just a few.

I look forward to continuing my service with this fabulous Executive Committee.

A St. George native since 1990, Brandan grew up immersed in the Dixie culture of southern Utah when it was still labeled as a small retirement community alongside a burgeoning Dixie State College. This small town instilled in him, values of liberty, patriotism and a desire to serve his local community. It was at this point, in his teenage years, that his political interests peaked. 

As an advocate for limited government, and exercising Second Amendment freedoms, he echoes the sentiment found in the Utah Republican Party State Platform, that “government properly exists by the consent of the governed and must be restrained from intruding into the freedoms of its citizens. The function of government is not to grant rights, but to protect the unalienable, God-given rights of life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness” (italics added).      

In addition to his public service, He manages logistics at a local Stucco and Masonry company and is well connected within the community in acts of public service, i.e., civic and religious. He currently serves as the Legislative Chair of District #71 in the WCRP. 

Brandan graduated from DSU with a Bachelor of Communications degree in 2014 and continued his studies at SUU where he graduated with an MPA (Master of Public Administration) in 2017 focused on city management. 

Brandan and his wife (Rachel) are the parents of four active, and otherwise wonderful children.

Laurie Terry, from St. George, Utah, spent most of her career in business management with an emphasis is Accounting.  She and her husband operated Terry Oil Company for 30 plus years. The last five years of her career she managed the office of USU Washington County Extension where she also helped with the 4-H Youth and Teen Leadership programs.   She now volunteers and helps teach classes and as a home arts judge at the Washington County Fair.  She is a wife, mother of four wonderful children, and two amazing grandchildren.  She now spends her free time serving in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Volunteering at the Extension Office, assists with the Stitching Hearts Worldwide service organization, is a member of the Washington County Republican Women organization and is a proud defender of our Constitution.  Her hobbies include pickleball, golf, boating, quilting, reading, and spending time with her family.

My name is Ray Justice. I will gladly represent you & the 33 Precincts in Legislative District 72 as the Chair & representative to the Executive Committee of the Washington County Republican Party!

For those of you who may not know me personally: 

I’ve served the LaVerkin and Eastern Washington County community for nearly 30 years (in many different capacities). I’m currently the Legislative District 72 Chair. I’ve served in many capacities (LaVerkin City Council, Washington County Solid Waste District, Ash Creek Special Services District, Zion Canyon Corridor Council (ZC3). I’ve been a Precinct Chair, a County Delegate and a State Delegate. I’ve been Poll Manager & Poll Worker at the LaVerkin election site prior to the Washington County switch to Mail-In Voting.

An Eagle Scout, I served a mission (French-speaking) for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Canada Montreal Mission. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel & Tourism from Brigham Young University (Provo). I’ve worked in the Tourism Industry for 30+ years.

Kimball Willard has lived in Washington County for over 30 years. Always of a conservative mind, he stayed independent until the first time Mr. Obama ran for President. As he learned of Mr. Obama’s background, he knew he needed to become involved in a grassroots effort to protect America. He heard of an upcoming Caucus meeting, and came, not knowing what it was.

   At that meeting, he became a Republican, and ended up serving as a County Delegate for his precinct. Since that time, he has served several times as County and State Delegates. Currently, for the Washington County Republican Party he is the Communications Chair, and since the new year, the Interim Legislative District 73 Chair.

   Kimball is a graduate of Dixie High School, Dixie College and Southern Utah University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a Minor in Business Computer Information Systems, with an emphasis in Computer Networking.

   His first career was in theater, and spent the last half of the 90’s as the lead technician for the Cox Auditorium and Burns Arena on the Campus of the former Dixie State University. Today, he works as a Software Engineer and Network Administrator.

My name is Kristan Norton. As a lifetime resident of Southern Utah, my life has been so enriched by the conservative values we enjoy in our area.  I want to make sure that this safe, strong lifestyle continues. I am asking for your vote as the Legislative Chair for District 75.  I firmly support our party’s platform without reservation and believe that the Constitution guides the policies and power of our Federal Government. 

With a rapidly growing county, there is much work to do.  I want to be a part of the county leadership so that I can be an asset to the committee. I will do this by being a member who is reliable and willing to do the work that is needed to build our membership as our county grows.  I will also work to add cohesiveness within the party by providing members with a pathway to contribute by delegating additional opportunities to serve.

A product of Washington County schools, I started my education at West Elementary, graduated from both Dixie High and Dixie College. I later graduated with my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Southern Utah University. Currently I am a classroom teacher with more than 25 years of experience. I am also serving as the Washington and Iron County representative on the Utah State Board of Education.  My greatest joy is to be the mother to one son, Presten, and one grandson, Tucker.
