Patrick Bradley
I was born in southern California. I was interested in politics from an early age. Even before I was old enough to vote, I worked to help Governor Reagan win his second term.
More than fifty years ago I moved to Utah and got involved in politics here. I attended precinct caucus meetings, voting for those that I felt would represent my views. I moved to St. George almost 25 years ago. I once attended a precinct caucus meeting that had very few attendees. Several of us were asked to serve as delegates, even though we had not intended to do so. I loved the experience.
Since then, I have served as a county delegate, a state delegate, a precinct vice chair, and a precinct chair. I served on the SCC a few years ago and enjoyed the experience. I would like to serve again.
While serving as a delegate and a member of the SCC, I have never missed a meeting I was expected to attend. I will show up and I will represent Washington County well. I will adhere to the U. S. Constitution, the Utah state constitution, and the Republican Party platform.
Rae Boyer
My name is Rae Boyer; I am a lifelong conservative raised on a cattle ranch where early responsibility and community-centered values shaped a grounded leadership style. Through years of involvement in 4-H and Church, from a very young age, I built a foundation of initiative, accountability, and service that continues today.
I am deeply involved in the Washington County Republican Party, serving as precinct chair, delegate, and district vice chair, all for a second term. These roles have strengthened my understanding of grassroots engagement, internal party processes, and the importance of
maintaining a rule-consistent organization grounded in conservative principles.
With fifteen years in the public-sector, I developed a strong background in policy interpretation and procedural accuracy, earning a reputation for clarity and steady judgment. I am known for taking complex rules and converting them into practical guidance, resulting in reliable applications of bylaws and standards.
The State Central Committee is responsible for interpreting and maintaining state party bylaws, guiding statewide party governance, and ensuring consistent processes across counties, I seek to serve to support thoughtful, precise interpretation of those bylaws, strengthen procedural
consistency, and ensure Washington County’s voice is represented with integrity and respect for Republican and conservative values.
